| The over and unbalanced loads are two main factors that influence the safety in railway traffic. The key to ensure the safety of railway transport is monitoring the two aspects above efficiently. This paper focuses on supporting a kind of method to find the relationship between the speed and the wheel-scan force.Through the former upperclassman's continual endeavors, the project team has designed the present test platform, on the basis of which, we begin to monitor the wheel-scan force of single wheel to make preparation for further research.This paper takes the high-speed ejection test platform as subject investigated, succeeds in integrating host computer and lower computer into one system, manages to obtain the real-time signals of the wheel-scan force and accurately get the single wheel's speed and height signals. The paper's prime contents are as follows:1) In this system, the lower computer builds on the foundation of ICETEK-F2812-A development board on the achievement of data's collection, package and serial transmission. At the same time, by adding a three-channel signal conditioning circuit, applying many anti-jamming measures such as proper way of grounding and light-coupled isolation, this will make sense to accomplish the signal's amplifying and filtering, reduce the ambient jamming and ensure the signal's reliability.2) With the help of MATLAB software, now we can manage to achieve three-channel data's bale breaking, reduction, extracting, conservation and real-time display. And by making use of the MATLAB's great function of data processing, it's easy to complete the data's digital filtering and other later work.3) Make an initial study on the relationship between wheel's speed and its monitoring value based on the plenty data acquired to verify the efficiency of the system function. |
