The development of internal combustion engine vehicles(ICEVs) making transportation become more and more convenient, but it leads to environment pollute and the crisis of oil resource. Nowadays, electric vehicle(EV) which regarded as the “green vehicle” has developed more and more rapidly. Battery management system(BMS) is the core part in EV, it provides stable and reliable power for EV. EV is different with ICEVs, it has many electronic equipments and high system. BMS is the sensitive part in EV, thus the EMC problems in EV are very complicate. Having the anti-interference research about BMS is the most important significance in EV.Firstly, this paper discussed the working principle and technical requirements of the BMS.Secondly, this paper was analyzing the climatic environment, electrical loads environment and electromagnetic environment under the working condition. The interference sources in BMS were found.Thirdly, as the BMS was easily interfered, the EMC design such as shielding, filtering and grounding have been discussed in this paper. In addition, a serious of measures like the schematic circuit diagram, PCB and high voltage wires anti-interference design were taken in BMS.Lastly, on the basis of the domestic automotive EMC standard and technical index of BMS the anti-interference test platform was founded. Through the results and operation from the BMS, it verified that the anti-interference measures were feasible, it also provides useful reference for anti-interference design and testing for electric automobile electronic components.
