Low-speed maglev rail technology in the rapid development stage, F-type magnetic levitation rail because of its cross-section shape is complex, test many parameters, testing organizations need a new F-orbit of static geometric parameters precise and efficient measurement.We track detector by drawing some general principles and methods, and on this basis, the use of intelligent instrumentation design, developed a low-speed maglev track of static geometric parameters of F-type detector, it is portable, more convenient installation and removal high precision, and with data display, storage and other functions.Specifically, this dissertation research in the following areas:1. From the perspective of intelligent instrument detailed description of the F-orbit of static geometric parameters. Detector design process, including mechanical structure, detection theory, hardware circuits, software design and sensor selection, and other technical indicators.2. Many discussions to improve detection precision of the system of methods, including systematic error, random error handling and sensor temperature compensation, can be a good correction for a variety of temperature drift and gain instability in the system error caused by such factors have great practical value.3. In the data acquisition system, anti-interference and reliability of the detection system design related to the reliability and overall performance. Thus both from the hardware and software are discussed and the reliability of the interference measurement system design. In addition, we also use a hardware self-test, voltage parameters of self-monitoring techniques and procedures to increase system reliability.We use the maglev test line in the detector field test, the data repeatability and precision to achieve the original design goals.
