As a complex process, Aircraft manufacturing is a long cycle system engineering. It's has been an important and difficult problem of domestic aviation manufacturing enterprises that how to control preparing process, address assembly process implementation and greatly improve assembly efficiency. Although domestic aviation has learned and explore "No Image" design and manufacturing technology in the manufacturing process, it did not realize to use 3D image instead of 2D-darwing paper. The real is using 3D design technology mainly in the design stage and using 2D as assembly reference drawings in production site which makes less strong association with design stage and information system. Therefore, it's very important to establish integration information system of aircraft manufacturing process.This paper researches how to use 3D assemble simulation in production site and manufacturing execution system in the background of large aircraft assembly process. It validates integration information technology of enterprise application and advanced manufacturing capabilities of the aircraft manufacturing in requirement analysis, BOM reconstruction, building 3D simulation and process documents and visualization implementation of production management. This system can establishes 3D process document and feasibility simulation in the base of digital engineering design. It transfer 2D drawing text to 3D visual of production site execution through integrated aircraft manufacturing assembly simulation with 3D MES. It makes a closed-loop information of aircraft manufacturing flow from changes of product site back to PDM system by using Information system integration technology. Finally, it validates the whole system and propose the remaining problems.
