The Research On The Village Programming In The Socialist New Countryside

The fifth full meeting of the 16th CPC Central Committee has brought forward that it is an important historical task to build a socialist new countryside in the process of China's modernization. Speeding up the construction of socialist new countryside has a direct bearing on the development of agricultural modernization and the continuous prosperity of rural economy in the new period, on the improvement of the peasant masses' production and living conditions, on the harmony and stability of the whole society and the healthy development of the national economy and the society, on the major issue that full implementation of constructing a well- off society in an all- round way proposed by the 16th National Party Congress.This paper sets forth the necessity of the village programming in the socialist new countryside, starting from analyzing the rural development and current status in our country. Through fieldwork and study of relevant theories, we can find out the peasants' living environment, understand the current status, features and problems of rural areas. It tells about the research on the village programming in the socialist new countryside, taking the village programming of Zhangqiao Village of Dengzhou City in Henan Province as an example.The thesis consists of five parts:the first part is an introduction, which mainly elaborates the background of my choice item, the scope and purpose of the research. The second part mainly introduces the development, current status and problems of rural areas in our country. The third part introduces the relevant concepts for socialist new countryside, for example, socialist new countryside, village programming, settlement, village relocation and combination and so on. The fourth part is the focal point of this paper, which tells about the village programming formulation, taking Zhangqiao Village of Dengzhou City in Henan Province as the example. The fifth part includes achievements and prospect.
