This topic of the study is to study the fuel injection characteristics influence on working process of diesel engine and optimize combustion system. Therefore,to simulate the diesel injection system and the working process of the diesel engine has important practical significance. The injector fuel flow of the internal process was studied in the paper with the commercial CFD software. The impact of different injection pressure and different nozzle diameter on injector internal flow also were compared and analyzed in this paper. Further, the spray and the combustion process in the the combustion chamber were simulated and studyed influence on working process of diesel engine. The results show that the pressure, flow rate and the cavitation distribution were uneven. The status of needle affect the flow of fuel in the nozzle.Another, the higher the injection pressure was, the greater the average rate was,and intensity of cavitation will be haigher. With constant injection pressure, the smaller the nozzle diameter was,the greater the rate of fluid nozzle was,and the degree of cavitation will be stronger. As the initial conditions applying the above computing results of the flow, spray was calculated.Spray visualization experiment was tested on the the spray device and fuel spray process was captured. The results showed that simulation results were consistent with the experiment better. Finally, under different boundary conditions, spray and combustion in the combustion chamber were simulated. It was found that the results of the fuel nozzle flow provided initial condition more accurately for calculation of spray and combustion process. It can be more truly reflect the characteristics of fuel spray and combustion..
