Low-energy cyclotrons are widely used in basic scientific research, Industrial & agricultural production and biological medicine along with the development of our national economy. Requirements of low-energy cyclotron in quantity and variety are increasing, and the quality of performance needs continuous improvement. In medical treatment, cyclotron is a key Equipment in the PET (Positron Emission Tomography) diagnostic, which is the most advanced medical imaging diagnostic technique. However; we are poor in cyclotrons research and design. As a result, almost all medical cyclotrons depend on imports.CYCHU-10 compact cyclotron is researched and designed based on isochronous cyclotron theory while the magnets system is a key part. Magnets system processing is a complicated process and the key part magnetic pole needs repeated revision. Fixed size depends on the actual data of the magnetic field distribution compared with theoretical calculation. Usually, we need several times measurements and revision to fully meet the requirements of magnetic distribution. Therefore, Magnetic measurement is a very important work in a cyclotron manufacturing and adjusting process.CYCHU-10 cyclotron is compact designed, while the ion source injection system is magnets inside. The air-gap of the magnetic is small (25mm). Therefore, the magnetic field measurement device demands higher accuracy and stability. We used SolidWorks to design and assemble it in virtual environment, which based on a detailed investigation in main magnet field measurement of cyclotron and the status of the physical design on measurement accuracy requirement. Also, we used ComsosWorks to analyze the stress and deformation of the mechanical arm which made by carboform. The CYCHU-10 magnetic field measurement device has complete machining and assembling in the factory. The commissioning and precision detection have finished.
