The development of underground space is started as an important strategic decision under the concept of sustainable development, will help the long-term human's development, should be well implemented, will benefit from Jesus Christ and be active in future generations. "To the rich, first build roads", the same way to the underground development. Subway construction is a prelude to large-scale development of underground space, is a pioneer in the human's challenge to underground, is also a new highlight in the development of civil engineering. Because of the new, there is not much you can learn from experience. After all, the development of the underground space is complex and for the same project there will be various construction methods completed. The construction difficulty, construction costs and the surrounding environment caused by construction varies with construction methods, and it's too hasty to judge the construction method just through experience.Metro construction is divided into subway construction and subway station construction. In contrast, because of station's span, length, complicated structure and other factors, its construction is complex and there are many different ways in the corresponding excavation for the subway station. By comparison, we can build it in top-down method and hole-pile method with different excavate orders. Therefore, adopting numerical analysis, simulate the city subway station construction in different excavation, getting comparison chart of the surface's settlement, floor uplift, lateral horizontal displacement of piles caused by the two construction methods with different excavate orders, and analyse these charts in order to deepen the understanding of the mechanism. At last, according to the indicators, use fuzzy comparison algorithm to obtain the understanding that the top-down method has a slight advantage.Subway construction has a very important role in the rapid development of the society, because of the urgency of human's need, subway construction has more practice than study. Since there is no quantitative understanding of many issues, there is no credible support for words, so many problems existed in the actual construction and big waste of financial resources and manpower. Even worse, there are a lot of project accidents, affecting the development of the society's process. Therefore, a study of subway construction is very necessary and meaningful. And comparison measures in this article can also provide a certain reference for similar comparison.
