Since 1965,since the construction of the new China’s first subway because its punctuality rate fast environmental protection excellent characteristics such as large capacity,got the favour of many cities,there are 34 cities opened the subway operation hole pile method is a popular way of subway construction in recent years,in the stream of traffic dense pipeline building complex area,hole pile method can well solve these problems,and the hole pile method because of its pile supported beam system supporting system,has wide applicability,and the surface subsidence based on smaller DongBa pages to stand as the background,using Midas GTS NX finite element analysis software,through its simulation research and analysis,the corresponding law,to provide a certain reference value for similar projects.The main conclusions of this paper include the following aspects:1.During the construction of the station,the ground settlement caused by the excavation of the small guide hole is the largest.The second is caused by the excavation of the vault;The settlement caused by other processes is small;The excavation of the inner soil is due to the rebound effect of unloading,which makes the soil in the upper part of the station rebound and the early construction has a disturbing effect on the later construction.2.The horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the station are basically distributed symmetrically in the Central Line of the station,the horizontal displacement is concentrated in the Central Line of the station,and the maximum ground settlement value is also located in the Central Line of the station.3.Through the comparative analysis of six excavation schemes,the first up and then down is better than the first down and then up,the first middle and then back is better than the first edge and then middle,and the first middle and back is also better than the upper and lower staggered.Therefore,the excavation scheme of the first up and then down,the first middle and back is suitable for the optimal tunneling scheme of the project.4.The excavation of the small guide hole is the main reason for the displacement of the rain tank culvert.The surface settlement and the top settlement of the box culvert have some initial subsidence.The displacement of the rain tank culvert is mainly vertical displacement. |
