Energy conservation in building system has become a worldwide trend and development tendency of building technology, in the context of this, low-temperature floor radiant heating system which has a feature of energy-saving and environmental friendliness is paid more and more attention, and is being applied in construction industry widely and increasingly. Scholars have carried on a great deal of investigation into low-temperature floor radiant heating technology, however, it is backward and needs to study more in-depth in some respects in China, especially in the field of indoor temperature regulation of the system and the field of investigation of intelligent temperature controller for the system.In this article, we carry on an investigation into temperature controlling method for low-temperature floor radiant heating system and develop an intelligent temperature controller for the system. First of all, on the basis of our past study, we further improve hardware system of the intelligent temperature controller so that its function is more reasonable and more satisfying. Secondly, we design and develop its software system, study predictive control method intensively and write the program of this part in an optimization way and based on integrading theory with practice. At last, we perform laboratory testing on the controller, mainly on its running behaviour and control effect, and we do a comparative analysis of effect of intermittent fluid control and predictive control.
