With the development of the times, more and more inverter powers are applied in our lives. The performance requirements of inverter power is increasingly high in various trades and industries. With the emergence of high-performance controller, digital control gradually replaced the traditional analog control. As a result of a variety of digital control strategy has its advantages and disadvantages, a single control strategy is often difficult to obtain a higher steady-state performance and fast dynamic performance. So, composite control strategy is a trend. This article comply with current development trends, proposed and applied to achieve a composite control strategy which combined mean outer PI controller with the instantaneous mean value of the complex repetitive control loop in a single-phase sinusoidal power inverter system.At first, this paper introduces the inverter power source technology and development, classification and performance, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of analog and digital control circuit. In this paper, digitally controlled inverter power source methods and analysis outlined. Pointed out that the various control strategies should be mutually reinforcing, the composite controller is a trend. Then, this paper analyzes the classification and the basic principles of the pulse width modulation method, which is the most commonly used in inverter system, described the methods of resulting SPWM wave analog-to-digital, which focuses on software-based DSP system design and implementation of program.And then this paper analyzes the main circuit topology of the single-phase full-bridge inverter, establishes its mathematical model and analyzes its open-loop output characteristics. Then for the sinusoidal single-phase inverter power source, this paper proposes and applies to achieve a composite control strategy which combined mean outer PI controller with the instantaneous mean value of the complex repetitive control loop in a single-phase sinusoidal power inverter system. At the same time, the main circuit output transformer, output filter, IGBT modules, the parameters of the buffer circuit of the single-phase full-bridge inverter are designed.Finally, this paper Focuses on the basic principles, design of the control model and its parameters of the PID control and repetitive control, establishes a complex combination of the two controllers . On this basis a 60KW single-phase inverter waveform control simulation model is established in MATLAB system. Adopted under the steady-state and dynamic simulation and experiments, from the test results of a variety of circumstances it is can be seen that the waveform form the complex control algorithm has high stability and very little distortion.
