| Today, autocontrol systems have been widely used and developed in every walk of life, while DC speed regulation as the artery in the area of electric drive systems acts the main effect in modernization production .DC speed regulation is mainly made up of control unite, power unite and DC motor. For a long time, DC motor has possesses the main role in the area of electric drive field because of its neatly adjust, easy method and smooth timing in wide rage, also, its control performance is very good. Although DC speed regulation system adopts traditional PID control, which has acquired content effect, on the other hand it has a weakness. In actual control, the model of system isn抰 invariable, the motors parameter and drag laden parameter (for example moment of inertia) vary along with goings, then, traditional PID control arithmetic doesn抰 work. In this paper, I apply some new arithmetics on the base of traditional PID control, holding inner ioop, altering outer loop抯 controller. I have adopted sliding mode variable structure controller in DC drive system. In order to eliminate the static error which result from the laden disturbance, a disturbance observer is designed and used to compensate the output of controller in this paper. The system has double closed loops, speed regulator and current regulator. At first, according to the dynamic physics law, I upbuild dynamic mathematics model for the system; Then, I apply sliding mode variable structure controller on the base of this. designing outer loop. In inner loop, applying engineering approximative methods, typical I type system is used at last. The simulation compared with brainpower PID control and adaptive PID control based on single neuron reveals that using sliding mode variable structure controller is superior than the other two. When inertia disturbance or outer parameter or system uncertain mode are operating, system抯 static and dynamic performance are very good. Also it抯 arithmetic is simple, frequent and restorable performance and robustness are good. The paper also point out, intelligent control (including sliding mode variable structure control and fuzzy logic control)can make the best of its nonlinearity, variable structure, self-looking for Ill optimization and so on to conquer the factors of variable paran~ter and nonlinearity in the electric drive system, and widely developed the ro~istness of system. This paper makes a study of cold steel rolling teehrics, the whole set of timing system, and the theory ar~i basic knowledge of sliding mode control arithmetic. In order to ensure the inte~ality of the tecl~ics, the tension in cold rolling mill is presented. I bring forward that we can control rolliag tension抯 magnitude by controlling DC motor抯 current, that is, when T is given, DC motor抯 current magnitude is decided. The simulation reveals, this kind of control project of tension is reasonable. |
