High-speed Heavy-duty Diesel Engine Oil And Its Abrasion Resistance

The development status of diesel engine oil at home and abroad was described in this paper. The lubrication mechanism and wear characteristic of the main txibo- pairs of diesel engine and properties of diesel oil were analyzed simply. In this paper, base oil and some additives were chosen scientifically and reasonably according to the lubrication principal and a lot of researching data, the sensitivity and compatibility between them were studied by a series of tests. The antiwear property of diesel engine oil and interactions of anliwear additives between other additives were stress researched. At last, the optimum formulation of 1OW/30 CF-4 diesel engine oil was presented on the base of interaction of additives. Simultaneously, the property of this formulation was evaluated by comparing vith the imports. The test results show that their quality is equivalent.
