At present, the traffic accident spot data collecting, graph drawing and reason analyzing is still transact by hand, it is difficult and uncertainty, therefore it takes much more time. The author, in the thesis, on the basis of application of computer technology, studies and discusses the quickly data collecting, spot graph drawing and accident reconstructing technique during analyzing accident. In this thesis, firstly the conflict between the collect more site data and resume traffic as soon as quickly is studied. The database that handles the accident quickly is determined. The second, in order to analyze the reason of accident, the author studies all kinds of impact center and puts forward a new concept of reversion graph. The third, the reconstructing technique of accident to analyze the accident reason is analyzed, then two common accident model, car-to-car collision accident and car-to-pedestrian impact accident is provided. At last, the author, based on the studies,?use the Microsoft C++5.O build four databases namely accident database, vehicle database, tyre database and site database. Program of the road traffic accident transaction and reconstruction software is designed. After analyzing the real traffic accident, the software is testified to be of valuable and practical.
