With rapid development of China's economy, the automobile quantity goes up promptly. In recent years, the automobile insurance has developed quickly. Since the unperfected legal system and insurance system of motor vehicles, some illegal members forge traffic accident spots or enlarge accident vehicle loss in order to get illegal indemnity from insurance companies.Firstly, the paper analyzed the traffic accident actuality inland and overseas, emphasized the import and need for analysis. And then introduce the means of accident analysis: vehicle damage analysis, kinematics-kinetics analysis, energy analysis, and simulation analysis. Finally the thesis imitates the course of collision on computer and testifies that the model built is accurate by experiments, In certain extent the thesis perfect revise the software of vehicle collision.Therefore Shenzhen was chosen as the location to do the research. This study reconstructed traffic accidents and analyzed its authenticity using some cases from the local insurance companies. We adopt vehicle damage analysis, kinematics-kinetics analysis, energy analysis, finite element analysis and multi-body Analysis to reconstruct and analyze the actual case of insurance companies in this paper. It has identified some feigned cases and redeemed certain pecuniary losses for insurance companies. At the same time, the accident types, the passengers and cars involved, the time and weather, etc. of the fraud cases were studied.The study will accelerates the development of reconstruction of traffic collisions and makes advancements on the technique and offers new means to study the reappearance of traffic collisions. However, because of the complexity of vehicle movements and diversity of vehicle structures and lack of original data, it is difficult to study the accident from insurance companies in the field. Therefore it is necessary to develop the precision of calculated results.
