| The electric actuating equipment is widely used to operate and regulate valves in modem control system. The author analyzed in detail the electric actuating equipment at home and abroad, then studied and developed the new generation of intelligent electric actuating equipment based on the past successful experience. The equipment is divided into the actuator and the controller that is the key part. The controller with the core of micro-processor monitors the valve and compares the feedback signal with the setting signal, then controls the aperture of the valve with closed-loop pattern in which the single-phase motor is controlled to drive the valve. The system sets not only the setting parameter, such as zero, span and sensitivity with the potentiometer, but also the running status with the keyboard. The remote feedback interface and the asynchronous communication interface are developed, and then the asynchronous communication is studied. So that the system suffices the demand of centralized control and has good functional expansibility and adaptability. The actuator adopts harmonic gear drive, which reduces the volume of the equipment and has higher gear ratio. The system is more intelligent than general actuating equipment, which help realize the control without contact and the failure protection. Following the principle of safety, reliability, advancement and conveniences, this article makes an over-all design of which the whole control system (controller with microprocessor and alternating-current power electric switch) is studied and developed. The software used for controlling the system in assembler language is also programmed. Meantime, this system adopts a series of software-and-hardware measures of protection so as to improve the anti-interference ability of the system. The designing of hardware circuit and software emulation are finished. The experiment indicates that the system realizes the presumed function. |
