The most advanced production of the development of weightometer in the world is dynamic electronic weigbtometer, and it is wide used in industrial and agricultural production, national defence, scientific research and so on. The dynamic electronic weightometer is a system which can change dynamic signal to true mass of the object which are weigh ,the system does this work through collecting signal by?sensor, sampling data by data acquisition board and filtering signal by filter. This thesis emphasized the design principle of the dynamic electronic weightometer and it was applied to weigh-bridge system for truck. The thesis built the system's physics model, gave the design principle and the choice principle of the weighting sensor and the data acquisition board when designing system. The classify and the choice principle of industrial personal computer(IPC). The thesis analyzed the choice of data acquisition scope. Through controlling the data acquisition scope the system's precision was increased. In this thesis, the weighting system's mathematics model was built. Through the mathematics model ,the system vibration's formulation was built, and the main noise model of signal treating system was confirmed. This system introduced digital filter system for treating with signal. Using windows function as filter function. Through analyzed windows function, built and got the treating signal system's mathematics model. Using the mathematics model filtered the noise in dynamic signal, and finally we got the truck's true mass.
