Measurement is made, by using partially depleted gold silicon surface barrier detectors, on the α particles in the radon chamber. Issues like what kind of subsequent electric circuit should be adopted to produce effectively the spectrum measure data and the gross measure data, and how to conduct the measure of the radon chamber temperature and humidity in a convenient and accurate way, are one of the important aspects of investigation of radon chamber dada acquisition systems. Along with the continuous introduction of the latest progress in electronic techniques and the rapid advance of computer techniques, high integration and computerized instruments are adopted in electric circuit of the data acquisition systems, making the acquisition system increasingly ideal, and meanwhile providing necessary conditions for the computerization and intellectualization of radon chamber data acquisition systems. On the basis of the study of the hardware electric circuit and the software functions of many other kinds of nuclear detectors, previous results and experiences are borrowed in the present study, which aims at the accurate acquisition of the measure data of the α ray, temperature and humidity. The thesis starts from the quality, degree of integration, simplicity and the rather good quality/price ratio of the circuit, and focuses on the investigation of the realization of the electric circuits of different parts of the data acquisition system.Compared with other nuclear measure data acquisition systems, the present paper has the following features:(1) The adoption of digital temperature and humidity sensor SHT75, characterized by an integrated measure of both temperature and humidity, with I~2C interfaces and CRC, can make it very convenient to have a direct interface with other microprocessors and micro-controllers, increasing considerably the expediency and reliability of the development of sensor interfaces, with incomparable advantages over traditional emulations of sensors.(2) The adoption of the single-chip microcomputer which has 51 core progenies, with rather big RAM capacity, needless to expand the outer Memory. The circuit design is thus simplified and the reliability of the circuit function enhanced. Meanwhile the 51 series program language can be supported, with the characteristic of simplicity in development.(3) The realization of the software design of serial port communication, and the timeless display for the data acquisition by PC.(4) The hardware adopts the integrated circuit which features TTL/COMS levels and can be directly connected with microprocessors, with simplified circuit design,...
