As a new retaining system, the soil nail is more and more widely usedin our county.It is characteristic of wide application, convenientconstruction and economic adaptaon.Based on the past research, thisPaper analyses the mechanism of the soil nail, especially thePseUd-cohesion theory.According to the energy method, the formula of thetheory and per excavated depth is derived.On the basis of the complexmethod in the optimal design, the author constructs a new model adapted tothe log-sPiral failure mode comples the program in C language (FWF), andconcludeS the sensitivity of all parameters to the stable factor.This papercould be used in the projects.
