Taking the construction of expressway as the example, the paper calculates and analyzes construction typical stresses existing in specific structure and technology during highway building process, and provides the suitable parameters and suggestions on the purpose of controlling construction. Dynamic performance of loads, highway structure and materials under vibrating compaction of base are particularly discussed, therefrom, dynamic computation model is set up, and calculation formulas of dynamic stress are induced. Through comparing with traditional static computation method, dynamic stresses?characteristics and varying laws are analyzed. Meanwhile, temperature stress of base which directly exposed in atmosphere is analyzed, which mechanic models and calculation formulas are provided individually according to the situation that the base is crack and not. Furthermore, the strength and deformation of 2-layers subgrade which consists of semi-rigid strengthen layer and basement soil are analog calculated, and the bearing abilities of the whole subgrade which is strengthen and not are analyzed and calculated.
