With the rapid development of our social economy,there is an increasing demand for electricity.The tower what is mainly used to support the transmission of high voltage or ultra high voltage is a very important part of the electricity transmission link.The tower can make electricity transmission to the grid or users safely and reliably.Tower will be bent or may even be collapsed because of the influence of the wire ice and wind load.I will evaluate the safety performance of the tower through the acquisition of the stress and strain from different parts of the tower in thispaper.First of all,the paper presents a finite element analysis for the tower's force structure in order to analyze the tower stress distribution under different conditions,and selects the appropriate monitoring according to the results of the stress.Then,this paper designs the structure of the tower's stress monitoring system, the main program structure of the front-end equipment in data process,the selection of the stress and strain sensor and the preparation of the data acquisition system's hardware.Besides,the wireless transmission and the data acquisition method are also designed in this paper.Secondly,reliability calculation model of the transmission tower is introduced in this paper.That is to say,seeing the tower as a tandem structure that composed of N principal material section.Each principal material section consists of four main material.Then, calculating the reliability of each advocate material components respectively.Besides,calculating the reliability of each advocate material section according to the reliability of series system algorithm.According to each moment's 12 stress sensor measurement to calculate the reliability of the whole tower structure at the moment.At the end of the article,we will put the equipment at the high voltage base of the tower in the Yunnan power grid.Besides,this paper introduces the function of the background software and completes the installation of the sensor and the actual measurement of strain data chart.Finally,it calculates the tower structure reliability according to the actual measurement data.
