Having made the great breach in the field of surplus heat refrigeration and absorption refrigeration, DY Fishing Vessel Diesel Engine Exhaust System remains in the trial-product stage, so its much performance need to enhance and study. This paper mainly aims to design and establish one simulative multi-heat testing flat supply the theory and experimental foundation for the design of tailored DY Generator in term of the known the heat source through the study of immatching test between DY Generator and various heat source. and give some method to enhance heat utilization rate of the DY Refrigeration system.It firstly introduces time principle of DY Refrigeration system from two aspects of surplus heat utilization of internal combustion engine and heat energy refrigeration. On base of the exhaust heat of 6160A-12 and 6160A-13 vessel diesel engine, parameters of test plat such as thermal flow, export temperature and pressure are definite through the calculation of design parameter in method of combined theory and experience data. Whole scheme of frame design of testing flat is proposed as: the host fanner supply the air required by flamer's burning and cooling, the export parameter of the flat varies by different rotate speed of the fanner, angle of the fan inlet and the quantity of oil, the measurement of flow in the testing flat adopts the method of fanner dynamics performance test in the nation criterion. At the basis of design of testing flat, the paper brings forth the principle of adjust the export parameter. At the same time, the result of testing shows the testing flat meets the design requires.The paper acquire the most suitable heat parameter of the three modules DY Generators through the nmatching test between DY Generator and various heat source, and bring forward the conception of most best matching heat. Through analysis of testing results, the concept of UnitGenerator Group is initially put forward in the paper, at other hand the 58200kJ/h heat is acquired which one unit generator group including 10 unit generating tube needs under the condition of the maximal heat unitization rate, which supplies the foundation for the 'design of most suitable DY Generator in term of the known the heat source. At the basis of matching test, the paper has an idea to enhance the heat unitization rate of DY generator, which is unitizing the heat deposited in the generator to supply heat needed by the generator's de-adsorption. The test verifies this method is contently feasible to enhance the COP of DY generator.With testing and analyzing of this article, theory and testing bases for designing different tailored generators varying according to different heat source are confirmed, and foundation for further development of DY products is also laid successfully.
