Reinforced Concrete Box Solar Temperature Effect

The distribution of temperature field, the calculation of thermal stress and the control of thermal crack from sunshine on RC.box girders are systematically analyzed in this paper. Measured the temperature effect from sunshine of the test 梞odel; the pattern of the vertical temperature gradient caused by sunshine in box girders is analyzed using the finite element method ;the form and calculation method of temperature stresses caused by inside and outside restrictions are analyzed :Based on the two using codes (Ie.TBJ2-85 & JTJO23-85)of china ,this paper calculated the temperature stresses of the test-model By comparison,this paper think that TBJ2-85 agrees with the calculation of the highway box girders ;On the other hand ,in this paper, the effects of the calculation-parameter to vertical temperature gradient梡arameter and temperature stresses are detailedly discussed .Based on the research, the proposal of the temperature crack control of RC.box girders from sunshine are provided .All of these ,may provide civil engineers and the drawing of the code reference.
