Concrete structures in the natural environment can inevitably affect by external conditions as well as human activities, so there existing larger temperature gradient because of the poor heat-conductivity of the concrete. Researching on temperature gradient of highway or railway bridges have done too much at present, but the researching on the new stacked boxes aqueduct is relatively lack of. Temperature stress caused by temperature load, can not only caused additional stress and deformation, but can also influence the durability and security. Thermal load is closely related to the internal and external temperature gradient distribution of the concrete structures, so it is necessary to do some research work on the stacked box girder in order to its use in the future. Based on the Qianzhong Water Conservancy Diversion Project, this thesis is manly do much research work on the temperature gradient distribution of stacked box girder on the foundation of too many references, the temperature gradient distribution is obtained by measurement and finite element calculation, and summarize the formula of the thermal gradient.On the basis of amount of measured data, this paper obtained the regularity of the section’s different parts of the temperature points, and then analysis the thermodynamics boundary conditions and the value of the related parameters, do some numerical simulation by using ANSYS and verified the accuracy of tis results, this paper got the factors and regular patterns by changing the working conditions.On this basis, this paper drew the conclusion of the section’s different parts of the maximum temperature differences’ distribution as well as its probability in one year by using numerical analysis method to deal with the amount of the measured data. And then use MATLAB to deal with the measured data and numerical simulation’s calculated values by the numerical method of linear regression calculation. By comparison and correction some parameters, this thesis obtained the temperature gradient formulas of the stacked box aqueduct girder. This study could provide technical reference and basis for the design and construction of similar projects.
