The dry jet mixing method is a new tool to process the saturated soft earth. As research is underdeveloped, this paper produces some useful conclusion based on the tests. It studies the rules of some important factors' influences on the cement soil strength, while analyzes some live examples by finite element method. This paper obtains its conclusions on the basis of the static load test and the lab test. Although the static load test is the standard way for judging the bearing capacity of the DJM pile, it is important reference to do the lab test. After analyzing the load梔isplacement curves obtained through the tests, this paper produces the hyperbola method. It studies the main factors influencing the pile strength, which is based on the dates obtained from the lab test. These factors include cement content, curing age, water content in the soft earth and curing methods. The conclusions are useful for developing the strength of the DJM pile and saving in engineering. The development of studying geotechnical engineering by finite element method is experiencing a steady phase, while it is the very primary time. Aiming at reinforcing the results of the tests, the last part of the paper attempts to analyze the bearing properties of the pile.
