The development of water conservancy projects can not only improve the state of harmony between man and nature,but also promote the development of society and economy in the vicinity.However,most of the water conservancy infrastructures in China are built earlier.Due to various restrictions and years of operation,there are some hidden dangers.Therefore,Chinses water conservancy infrastructure reinforcement is still facing severe challenges.In the embankment filling project,the high moisture content clay is often encountered,and its strength is low,compression is high,bearing capacity is low,strength growth is slow,deformation is stable and takes a long time.In order to save engineering cost,sometimes high moisture content clay soil has to be used.This project relies on the Heilongjiang Songhua River trunk embankment filling project,and studies the physical properties of the typical high water cut clay along the loose dry line,the dehydration technology and effect,the mechanical properties of the solidified soil and the construction technology and quality control of the embankment,and has obtained abundant experimental data and theoretical analysis results.It is embodied in several aspects.(1)Through a large number of laboratory tests and according to the requirements of relevant regulations of China,the basic physical properties of the earthwork in the main stream of the Songhua River in Heilongjiang are analyzed.(2)On the basis of analyzing other scholars' research results of different curing agents and combining with engineering practice,cement,lime,fly ash and fine sand were mixed as curing materials.(3)Through a variety of single mixed and two mixed water reducing forms,the change rules of corresponding water reducing effect of different dosage and time are analyzed,and 2-3 best proportions are determined to compare the strength and stability test.(4)The selection of different curing agents and ratio based on the research on physical and mechanical properties of curing the soil samples,found that the curing agent on the clay soil maximum dry density,the water content,unconfined compressive strength,shear strength and the influence of compressibility has great degree.(5)On the basis of study on the effect of different ratio on the curing effect on the comparative analysis of the influence of different factors,curing time of solidified soil properties.The results showed that the effects of curing time,curing agent dosage and the type of strength of solidified clay and compression properties are more significant;(6)According to the specification requirements and test results,to cure the clayey soil compressibility,unconfined compressive strength,anti shear strength as the main index,the Songhua River river engineering excavation of earth dam filling material used as soil with reasonable ratio and curing period,put forward the modified clay compaction standard for embankment filling.
