| In this paper,an AC digital servo system ,which can be applied to ship gun,is intruduced.lt consists of an AC senator,servo motor,a self-control variable-frequency driver,586 industial control computer and shaft-position encoder. The main study is hardware and software in this paper.In order to control the servo system, the view of three-part combined control(the Bang-Bang control,the fuzzy control and the internal model+ PID control) was proposed in this paper,which uses different way of control in different error rang.Upon the basis of the system model, three-part combined controller on different error rang is designed in this paper.This paper realized the position track and ramp track of the system successfully. The experiments on the servo-system show that the view of this paper is right. |
