Hydraulic cylinder test bench is used for hydraulic cylinders servo static and dynamic tests, saving cost of maintenance of the hydraulic cylinder, improving factory performance of the hydraulic cylinder. In recent years, with advances in technology, increasingly high performance requirements to hydraulic cylinders, people propose servo-hydraulic cylinder system to have high control accuracy and fast response, flexible signal processing, output power and other advantages. It is an essential part to design and develop a dedicated servo cylinder test station for the production and testing of servo hydraulic cylinder products.In this paper, on the basis of reading lots of literature information, research and develop series of cores moving cylinders fixing servo hydraulic cylinder with independent intellectual property, then design and develop a servo-hydraulic cylinder dedicated test bench which inspects bidirectional hydraulic cylinder loading system. On the basis of five tons of hydraulic cylinders mature technology, redevelop 10 tons, 20 tons, 40 tons, 80 tons series machine hydraulic servo hydraulic cylinder. Servo-hydraulic cylinder dedicates test bench body is divided into four parts, test bench, hydraulic systems, electrical control system and computer control system, the paper gives a comprehensive description of its principles and design. Secondly, Carry out selection for the hydraulic system power components and hydraulic systems implementation of components, control components and auxiliary components. Then model servo-hydraulic cylinder mathematical model, use MATLAB software to make bode plot and frequency response plot about 5 tons, 10 tons, 20 tons, 40 tons, 80 tons of hydraulic cylinders to analyze whether the system is stable.Another innovation of this article is to test the cylinder flange and connected load cylinder was cleverly designed, and the use of finite element software ANSYS Workbench its static finite element analysis and the results show that the scientific and experimental design of the practicality.This paper develops a hydraulic cylinder test station to detect a variety of specifications to meet the performance of hydraulic cylinders, reducing maintenance costs, improving production efficiency, providing a solid foundation on improving the production technology of hydraulic cylinders with some guidance for the production and testing of the hydraulic cylinder.
