| The design of the dew-point meter and the dew-point control system for a complex dryer is introduced in this paper. This article details the method of the design and development in hardware and software.The complex dryer is a complex system composed of a refrigerant dryer and a regenerative dryer. Based on the rule of dew-point indirect measurement,the dew-point control system which consists of a dew-point controller( single chip microprocessor application system) and a temperature-humidity sensor can control the work time and regeneration time of a dryer. As a result,the control system has great significance in saving energy, improving air quality and protecting equipment. The dew-point meter includes controlling section,data-gathering section and displaying section. It is an accurate and reliable instrument for dew-point testing. It can be used as a general dew-point meter or a special industrial instrument. |
