Dryer Performance Testing And Evaluation Technology

The compressed air dryer system is studied in this paper.This article analysed the operating principles of the dryer system and various factors that influencing the dryer system.Considering these factors,a performance evaluation system is presented.lt is related to the states of the input-output air of the dryer.The evaluation system can describe the performance of the dryer well.According to the requirement of the evaluation system,a measurement system is designed.It's data acquisition board is a microchip processor application system.It's main duty is to acquire the state parameters of the input-output air of the dryer-pressure,temperature,relative humidity,flux and transfer the data to a compuper.This article detailed the design of the hardware and software of the measurement system.It is proved that the measurement system meet the requirements of the performance testing.
