The vibration of mast may cause the fatigue destruction at high stress area such as conjunction with the ship body, and influence the normal function of the device installed on the top of it, so it is very important to analyze the character of mast structure in advance and verify the design .The main job of this dissertation is to calculate and forecast the intrinsic frequency of the typical truss mast adopting the experience formula\ energy and finite element method. During the calculation by the method of finite element and energy, the different boundary conditions such as the simple bearing\ rigid and flexible fastness have been chosen , the results are basis of comparison and analysis .The results of the three calculation methods will be compared with the practical test results respectively when the calculations have completed. And then , the feasible forecasting reports will be presented combined the calculation methods with the stimulant frequency of the ship and the frequency character of the device installed on the mast. The decreasing methods of vibration are presented too in the design of mast in the future.In the conclusion, the reasons of error and the application range of the three calculation methods are analyzed simply. At last , the several problems in forecasting the mast structure by the method of finite element that should be studied further have been discussed also. |
