This paper has designed a inverter power supply of volume 2KVA,working frequency 20KHZ.,based on that has analyzed the characteristic of IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor).It was provided the working theory of DC voltage circuit and bridge type invert circuit. The high frequency inverter power can invert 75-130 volt vibrating DC voltage which come from battery charge into 110 volt,20KHZ AC voltage.The control of high frequency inverter power consists of two parts:Chopper Control and Inverter Control. Chopper Control can change 75-130 volt vibrating DC voltage into 70 volt DC voltage and Inverter Control can invert the DC voltage into 70 volt,20KHZ AC voltage,at last,from transformer we can get 110 volt,20KHZ AC voltage. The drive circuit is so convenient and easy to use. Every component in the system is designed and chosen. This paper presents the way of shot circuit protection,and gives the experiment,analyses the result.
