The characteristics of large passenger flow,low cost,application and maintenance of railway passenger cars are the most popular choice in railway transportation,summer transportation,Spring Festival transportation and daily travel.The DC600 V power supply is mainly applicable to the G and T models,which can provide reliable power supply for the electric equipment in the car.In order to ensure the good running state of DC600 V power supply,it is necessary to further study the performance of IGBT,which has important practical value and the prospect of engineering application.The research content and main achievements of the thesis are embodied in the following four aspects:(1)Analysis of the operation principle of the inverter,summarize the daily maintenance and fault condition,in the process of using analysis of failure rate of each electrical components that fault IGBT drive failure accounted for about 15% of this conclusion.From the Angle of improving product quality,reducing operation maintenance and maintenance cost,it is important to extend IGBT.(2)Analysis of IGBT in the three-phase inverter circuit in common open circuit fault,fault and failure of bridge arm through these three types of status,combined with the experimental equipment unit of IGBT static and dynamic performance,and determine the need for maintenance quality of IGBT,then decide whether to replace IGBT module.(3)For the inverter open selection based on the midpoint voltage signal analysis and fault diagnosis and fault conditions of power devices under the change of the voltage signal,the collected into a voltage signal logic level,through the logic gate "and" operation,effective and rapid positioning to a specific point of failure,so as to realize the diagnosis of inverter IGBT open circuit.(4)Analyze the phenomenon of overvoltage failure,over-loss effect and overheating failure of IGBT,and carry out simple protection analysis in theory based on the actual circuit and structural features.
