Urban Transportation Planning Model

On the basis of introduction of the overall theory of transportation planning, the paper put much emphasis on discussing the classical four梥tage pattern, and probes into the mathematics models. Through studying the Dalian City JinZhou Area transmit planning and DanDong City road transportation planning, the paper fixes the parameters of many mathematics models. In accordance with the above process, the paper gain the index which is demanded and used in transportation planning. Because the transportation distribution model is the core of four-stage pattern, the paper research the classical equilibrium model, and changes the link travel function of Frank-Wolfe algorithm, through taking the factors of delay in the intersections into account, the paper presents the method of computing the travel cost in the intersections under the signal control.
