Hydroelectric Generating Set Performance Test Study

The study at hydro power turbine field experiment can do the experiment that model experiment can not analog. Through it, we can know the turbine's electric , mechanical, hydraulic performance characteristics, evaluate its various working parameter ,check the theory computation method about the turbine. The field experiment is also the reliable basis to judge the reasonableness of design , the quality of manufacture and installation. Through the test and research , we found and solved many problems put out in the procedure of production and scientific research ,we can develop new type structure and turbine using the technique data provided by the study ,we can utilize the water resources economically and effectively, and so we can make sure that the turbines operate safely and guide the production correctly . On the duty of the study at hydro turbine field, The author worked many years, responsible for more than thirty item of test and research. This article have five part, Including : Test and research of state service of hydro power turbine set in the Fengman power station ; Test and research of vibration of hydro power turbine set in the Hongshi power station; Test and research of turbine's coordinated linkage in Taipingwan power station; Test and research of load rejection in the Hongshi power station; Test and research of generator draught and temperature rise in the Lianhua power station.
