The AFC system of LINAC,based on the Embeded-system,is studied in the paper.The frequency of the magnetron changes with the temperature of environment outside when LINAC works. That will badly affect the dosage of LINAC. The method of maximum control process based on digital controller improves the accuracy of frequency stabilization.In this system,meanwhile the Real Time Operating System (RTOS) is introduced to handle abruptly changes of frequency of the magnetron. The RTOS can respond changes outside very quickly and handle multitask. In the paper,I program on the base of RTX5 ITiny.The system is controlled by a MCU 80C552 and has high power of anti-disturbance. At the same time,stepper motor is adopted. It can be driven by a special driver.The system is practically applied in the experiment.
