Testing Transformer Computer Protection Research And Development

In this paper, A transformer protection based on single-chip microcomputer is introduced in detail. The proper protection scheme is produced after all kinds of working states on the transformer for experiment are analysed. Because this transformer for experiment is a special transformer. Some typical methods for checking magnetizing surge are used to analyse the data that collected by many times actual experiments, Differences and relations among these methods are expounded. The proper scheme for checking megnetizing surge is selected after the comparision and analysis. The principal circuits features and results of simulating tests are also presented. Afer all these experiments simulated to the actual condition being done and the powerful single-chip microcomputer being fully used, This system will have powerful functions of high speed, sensibility, selectivity and reliability.
