The design and development of a missile electric load system is discussed in this thesis , whose core is B&R 2003 programmable computer controller and ABB ACS600 direct torque control ,controlling two asynchronous motors ,forming a high performance servo system ,namely load simulator . A kind of load like real airstream is produced by load simulator in experiment , which is put on missile's wings to make them work on the same force situation as in the real spread process .At first, the system's project design is introduced and then the plus torque's produce and restrain in load system is discussed in detail base on the emphases research in direct torque control strategy. The soft simulation result of the system offers reference for further investigation .The description in detail of load control system's research and development is divided into software system and hardware system. The characteristic of the PCC we used is analysed in the hardware system part, the application of real time multitask system and communication method in the system has a detailed presentation in the software system part. Methods to improve system's reliability are mentioned also.
