This paper analyses the theory of loading system plus torque and its elimination. A design composed of high-powered DSP and asynchronies driver system is put forward here, some key techniques are included such as motor parameter distinguish, motor DTC control.In the aspect of hardware, TMS320F2812 is chose as loading controller. Its job is communicating with PC;adjust switch based on the control panel;collecting signal of moment and angle;putting out the torque signal to motor driver system;fault alarmed. The driver system select a special motor which can put out big torque in a short time and have a small body, it's controlled by DTC , so it will respond order in little time.For software, this paper expound the IDE (integrate develop environment) of TMS320F2812, EMS memory's distribute and boot-loading program's design. The arithmetic of angle velocity, angle acceleration has been introduced here and figure-sieve technology is real-time used to deal with these data get good result, after this the data becomes key variable in eliminating plus torque. Feather more the arithmetic of forecast angle, check table is improved and proportion adjust is added to eliminating plus torque. In aspect of communication RS232 is used to translate data between pc and the controller.The loading system for missile's wing has passed the examination. The experiment indicates that the loading system including hardware and software achieves the design requirement.
