With the improvement of people' s living standard, it requires higher and higher for the heat comfort of truck that will be affected by many things. The main issue of this thesis is to discuss how to choose appropriate factors, establish reasonable evaluation model, and evaluate the heat comfort for the air-conditioner in automobiles reasonably.According to the features of air-conditioner in truck, four main factors have been confirmed in the text which will affect body' s heat comfort: temperature of blowing the face, temperature of blowing the feet, velocity of air flow, average temperature of radiation. The index of PMV-PPD has also been selected as the method of evaluation for the heat comfort.Through abundant surveys and experiments, we introduced the theory of fuzzy mathematics, and built a fuzzily comprehensive evaluation model for heat environment of air-conditioner in truck.Delphi is an object-oriented program-developing tool with its strong visuality. The visual interface of evaluation model developed by Delphi that simplified the process of abundant statistics and calculation can comprehensively evaluate the measured environment parameter conveniently.The process of evaluation to improvement and to re-evaluation provides evidences for improving our products, therefore enhancing the heat comfort of the air-conditioning environment in automobiles.It has been proven that the evaluation system of the heat comfort of air-conditioner in automobile can relatively reflect the heat feeling of drivers and passengers, and can evaluate the comfort of air-conditioning environment in automobiles comprehensively, therefore providing theories and evidences for further improving the air-conditioner in automobiles.
