The author in this paper through studying comprehensively the high rock slope of K32 and K34 in Jing-Zhu express highway .assesses and analyzes the stabilizing ability of the high rock cut slope,analyzes and decisions the current situation and the trend of the stabilization ability and the reinforcement types,optimizates design and construction parameters,concludes the study results of optimizating design and construction of high rock slope in express highway.On the basis of inspecting,investigating and analyzing,the author proposes the overall thought and step of informationization design and construction on project geology and rock and soil project ,concludes and develops the basic theory and method, points out rock structure network simulation ,numerical simulation and GIS technology are the key theory of informationization design and construction on project geology and rock and soil project and describes the main content,method and course.
