This paper discusses the founding of the vehicle dynamics model which can be used in ABS (Anti-lock Braking System).Firstly, methods of founding vehicle dynamics model, the mathematical models of tire, vehicle body, braking system and road surface are discussed and studied. Basing on the methods and the mathematical models, two unprecedented models of vehicle which can be used in ABS simulation are presented. One is vertical-vibration-quarter vehicle model, the other is double-axis-ten-freedom vehicle model which has steering wheel turning freedom and front-wheel drive wheel turning freedom. Secondly, the simulation program for tire-model, vehicle body model, braking system model and road surface model are developed with C++ language. The opening simulation experiment is carried out and detailed. The correctness of the vertical-vibration-quarter vehicle model is proved by the experiment result. Finally, a friendly user interface of ABS simulation software is developed by adopting C++ Builder and Visual C++ tools. A series-corn communicating program is also developed by using ActiveX control and Windows API functions. This is the foundation of online experiment. |
