Points Of Instrument Landing Ground System Design And Implementation

Based on well understanding the principles and characteristics of the radio beacon of Centimetric Wave Instrument Landing System made in Russia, the this paper brings forward a scheme to domesticalize the Russian system and gives its detailed designs of software and hardware, in which the reliability and serviceability are fully considered. Emphatically, this paper discusses the pattern of signal and antenna radiation of the system, the design principles and technologies of audio-generator and monitor, and the modification of measurement deviation. Through special tests and aviate experiments, it has been proved that the performance of the domesticalized system is better than of the initial system. And the system has brought our army the independent security in the landing of Russian Pattern Fighters, with a great military and economic benefit.
