This paper studies and designs a variable frequency speed regulation system applied to induction motors by means of votating speed difference frequency fuzzy control .The general scheme of the system is presented .Circuits and software are designed for the major parts of the system such as constant magnetic linkage control frequency converter and votating speed difference frequency fuzzy controller. Constant stator magnetic linkage control frequency converter includes power devices utilizing IGBT, drive circuit using three-phase drive IC with multiple protection functions. PWM signal formation circuit in the way of voltage space vector control and realized with PLD(Programmable Logic Device ) Devices and compensation for the influence of supply voltage variation and stator resistance voltage drop.The concrete design method of the votating speed difference frequency fuzzy controller is studied in detail. Based on single-chip microcomputer 8031,using table look-up method, votating speed difference frequency fuzzy controller applied to induction motors is implemented. Simulation result demonstrates that the control result for the Producing Plastic Flat Yarn of votating speed difference frequency fuzzy control to the speed of induction motors is idealer.
