In power system,three-phase asynchronous motor is the electrical equipment,most of the electricity consumption in general,low efficiency speed is speed control method of energy consumption,from the point of energy conservation is not the economy,this project is a project with Tianjin Petrochemical Group on the development of energy saving inverter controller for three-phase asynchronous motor,which is very practical.So it is of great practical significance to study the frequency conversion system of three phase asynchronous motor.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.This dissertation introduces the research background,significance,current situation,control mode of variable frequency speed regulation and the development trend of variable frequency speed regulation system.2.The physical mechanism of variable frequency speed regulation is studied.Then,the basic principle of vector control is introduced.Vector control can decouple the torque and flux linkage of three-phase asynchronous motor,so that it can be controlled separately as DC motor,so it is applied more and more widely.The technology of induction motor rotor flux orientation and space vector pulse width modulation(VVM)is described.There is a good paving for the following research.3.A variable frequency variable frequency speed control system based on constant voltage frequency ratio is designed to meet the application of a part of variable frequency speed control.Speed in the MATLAB/SIMULINK environment analysis principle and mathematical model of AC asynchronous motor to control the three-phase AC motor,constant voltage and its frequency than the simulation results show that the speed,motor has stronger mechanical characteristic,has the high speed performance of the motor,but also validate the control method is simple and practical.4.A new ADRC control algorithm is proposed and the functions of each component are analyzed.The simulation model is built,and the speed regulation performance of the traditional PI controller and the ADRC controller is compared.The simulation results show that the dynamic and static performance of the motor controlled by ADRC is better than that of the traditional PID control system.
