The grouting is the most useful method of the ground treatment , specially to deal with the rock foundation of the dam . Because of the concealment, complexity and importance of the grouting project . The grouting test must be done to determine the grouting parameter , such as the grouting technology , the grouting material, etc . And cause of the complexity of the test and the limited numbers of the test , the grouting test can not supply the all real available grouting information . In this paper the computing program which can simulate the grouting test on the computer has been setup by using she theory of the simulation and computation . And more real available information to the grouting construction can be supplied by using the result of this simulation and the result of the grouting test.The consumption of the injection grout include two parts : the consumption which are caused by the deformation of the rock mass and the slurry which fill thevoid space of the joint in the rock mass , this is Q = Q1 + k·QQ2 .In this paper , FEMis used to compute the deformation of the rock mass . And the consumption which are caused by the deformation of the rock mass and the consumption which fill all the void space of the joint can be got . Then the block coefficient K of the this geologic condition can be got by the actual consumption of the injection grout in the practical grouting .Firstly , according to the observed data in-situ (or the empirical parameter data ) and the acoustic logging data , the distribution law of the joint in the computing area can be got . Then the network system of the joint can be simulated by the statistical distribution theory and the Monte Carlo's method . And then artificial or automatic dissection program can be used to dissect the FEM mesh . According to the computation process of the FEM and assumption , associating of the FEM mesh that have separated and the grouting stress diffusion equation , the integral stiffness matrix and the load matrix can be formatted , then the displacement of the nodal point can be got after solving the simultaneous linear equations . And then the grouting parameter can be computed and analyzed .For checking the availability and rational of the computing program , the grouting test in-situ of the XILUODU Hydroelectric Project were simulated and computed , and also simulated the next conditions which the result of the grouting test will be used in .Lastly , two conditions were simulated and computed by using the FEM program : two pieces of joint and one piece of joint which have different depth , different grouting stress , different pressure on the ground surface , etc . And then some results were obtained about the relation of the grouting press , the lifting of the ground surface and the cosumptionof the injection grout.In the paper , according to the basical theory of the grouting , the mechanics of the rock mass and the elasticity mechanics , the model of the grouting simulation and compution has been built , and the available arithmetic of the simulation and compution has been already established , and the computing program which wereused to simulate and compute thegrouting engineering has been setup .In the paper , an available method of simulating and computing the grouting engineering has been supported from the model to the arithmetic ,then to the compution program . And the theory of the simulation and compution of the grouting engineering has been studied .
