Technique of ICT is a complex technique related to radiology, optics, electronics and computer. Industrial computed tomography(ICT) is mainly used in the field of non-destructive testing(NDT) of part and non-destructive evaluation of part. Now, it is regarded as the best method of non-destructive testing in the world. In the dissertation, the possibility that ICT can be used for defect detecting of blade in three dimensions is studied based on simulation of ICT. ICT system and simulation of ICT are introduced in detail. Then, the project of defect detecting is set up and the key methods of the project are accomplished, including creating digital phantom of blade, volume visualization of digital phantom, digital subtraction, defect extraction and defect analyzing. At last, the result indicate that the project can work well.
