For instance, it is now quite common for cars to use a number of intelligent units with intercommunication to implement complex functions such as traction control. In the aeroengine control system, with the digital computing and communicating functions of the smart sensors and actuators, it is of great benefit to embed some functions of the central controller into the smart module and form the distributed control system mainly from data bus and power bus.There are many problems to be solved in the design of the aeroengine distributed control system. Which data bus, for instance, is selected to meet the requirements of the engine real-time controlling process? How to distribute the power wire to lower the cost, cut down the complexity and improve the reliability? To make full use of the system, which functions should be implemented in the smart spot? And what fault tolerance measures should be carried out to ensure the safety and reliability of the distributed system? What is more, the distributed control system could not be added into the aero-engine in practice because of the limit of technology. A lot of problems remain unresolved, high temperature technology and vibration settlement for instance. And thus deeper researching work is of great impendence.The thesis is devoted to researching the problems above and offering the author's viewpoint. And The simplified real modle of the distributed control system based on the CAN bus is designed in this paper, in addition, much work is done on the partitioning of decoupled control function.
