The research object of this paper is the aeroengine distributed control system (ADCS). The development of the ADCS is promoted by the distributed control system in the field of the industry automation. The advanced technology in the industry automation such as the data bus, smart sensors and smart actuators is used in the aeroengine control system. The application of the ADCS can greatly reduce the weight of the control system; reduce the control system design cost and maintenance costs; make the design adaptable to new aeroengine types, adaptability to changes in components.The main work is listed as follows:1) The development trend of the aeroengine control system is analyzed in detail; the architecture and the system design of the ADCS are researched.2) The principle, the architecture and the design of the data bus, smart sensors and smart actuators are researched.3) The principle of the CAN fieldbus is analyzed and researched , a CANbus-based aeroengine distributed control simulation system is designed.4) The digital PID control algorithm in a smart actuators is designed and a simplified distributed control system is simulated.
