Honeycomb structure is one kind of special composite for structural usage, it is damageable, then the residual strength of damaged structure will sharp down, so it is very important for the study of the residual strength and the repair of damaged honeycomb structures.In this paper, the residual strength of debonded honeycomb structures and their repaired structures is calculated. The influence of many kinds of parameters of the residual strength and the technique of its repair is discussed. The work includes four parts as following.The FEM method of debonded honeycomb structures is brought forward. A three-dimensional finite element model is constructed and the analysis program is complied to analyse the residual strength of debonded honeycomb structures and discuss the influence of debonded area.The validity of the finite element model and analysis program is validated by contrast with the result from NASTRAN . The results of calculation show that the finite element model and program is more precise and can be used to calculate the residual strength of damaged honeycomb structures and their repaired structures.The repaired honeycomb structures are calculated, and the influence of glue's parameters is discussed by the finite element model and program stated above, the technique of its repair is studied.A series of software applicable to engineering is developed by Object-Oriented method.
